Who am I?
Hello! I'm Nicole, an integrative counsellor dedicated to helping you navigate your emotional and mental well-being. I believe each individual is able to live a life where they are free to be completely themselves, with an inner belief and confidence they are enough.
I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, within a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges, gain insight, and make positive changes in your life.

Working with trauma I understand the importance of calming the nervous system and will walk with you on your journey to understand yourself and provide helpful resources to create a calmer sense of self.
Prior to becoming a counsellor, I bring over ten years of experience and expertise in working with individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism. Completing my Levels 2 and 3 in health and social care and a HLTA qualification.
I have had the privilege of working closely with adults with learning disabilities. I have supported individuals with ADHD and autism in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, social skills, communication, emotional/ behaviour regulation and more.
In addition, I have worked with secondary age children within school and community settings. I have provided individual sessions, addressing various issues such as self-esteem, emotional regulation, social interactions, and coping strategies.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which provides an ethical framework for our sessions which I uphold.
